All the students that were in attendance could train at their own pace, and Diane is so patient and willing to assist even if it meant repeating a subject more than once!

I urgently needed to send some details to our HR Director and I needed to do a VLOOKUP. The individuals we usually call upon in the office for assistance were not available, family and friends were at a loss and Google was not helping. Eventually I called Charise and told her I thought I had the formulae correct, I had it up to ‘False’ but still it was giving me an error. I asked if she could please, pretty please point me in the right direction. Keybase was literally my last option.

Charise suggested I speak to Sandra. She was incredible, she was able to assist me with my data and magically the information – Levels I required for the employees appeared.

It is certainly not the norm I would employ when we need assistance, but I am truly so grateful that your team (Charise and Sandra) were so willing to assist when it was certainly not their job to.

Thank you so much. It is very evident that next year everyone will need to attend Excel Level 4. 😊
